In the wake of the exit of former president of Animation, Ramsey Naito, Jennifer Dodge swoops in and takes over Paramount’s animation division.
Dodge was formerly the president of Spin Master Entertainment and is an alum of Nickelodeon. Which shows that she has an extensive background in animation.
Not to mention, she was a producer, working on expanding and developing brands like “Paw Patrol,” whose newest film is getting released next year, along with “Unicorn Academy.” “
“Jennifer is an exceptional creative executive and producer with a proven track record of building franchises that connect with global audiences. Her deep understanding of storytelling, world-building, and brand development make her the ideal leader to shape the next era of Paramount Animation. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
Said Goldberg and Greenstein in a statement.
According to a source, the previous president of animation left after the announcement of major layoffs with the merger of Skydance Films.
Some of the upcoming titles that are being released from Paramount Animation titles include “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants”, “The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender”, and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2.”
